About Me

My photo
My name is Lillianna Marie. I go by either Lillianna or Lilly, I like both just the same :) I have three brothers, and a huge brown dog. Jesus is my superman, God is my dad. My parents are atheist but I love them a lot. I am strongly Christian. It makes life harder but I guess I learn more in the end.

A stupid vampire movie gave me hope?

Okay, I admit, I am a twilight fan. Tonight I saw New Moon for the second time. (Even though Eclipse is my favorite! FTW) But I do find the movies, and the books a bit cheesy at times. I mean really? Glittering in the sun? And is it just me or does Edward look like Edward Sissorhands? (May I cut hedge?)

But this time, the movie spoke to me. I have been depressed. It has not been pretty. I wasn't as bad as Bella. I didn't do anything extreme, but I was just, blah. And the scene where the months are changing and she's not. Ugh. I almost cried because that's exactly what it's like. The book even describes it better. Nothing.

Anyways, my favorite characters are Alice and Charlie. I just love his mustache. I want them to auction it off when Breaking Dawn is done and then donate the money to that male balding society or whatever it is. You know the commercials, they come on every night at like ten? "IF YOU HAD A CHOICE IN BECOMING BALD OR HAVING A FULL HEAD OF HAIR, WHICH WOULD YOU CHOOSE?"

I got two favorite quotes from this movie. Well one of them was originally from the book, the other one was added in. "I didn't think you'd be opposed to Grand Theft Auto." -Alice Cullen. Oh, and I SO love the car she thefted. I want one! I asked my mom for one but it was too expensive. Yellow is my favorite color. Just that shade too. Yum.

Alice reminds me of me, when I am in my happy mode. She even has the crazy driving down.

But the line that really spoke to me was from Charlie's mustached mouth.. "Sometimes you have to learn to love the things that are good for you." Or something along those lines.

When you are depressed, when you are hurting, you do not want to anything but just sit, or sleep, and watch everything pass you by. You don't want to go out, you don't want to eat properly or exercise. You don't want to see your friends, or listen to music, or dance, or sing, or anything that you used to love. All the things that are good for you.

I think that line just really called to me because I wish someone would have told me that or at least give me some advice. But nobody did. They just ignored me or tiptoed around me. I had to get better on my own
= (

On that fantastically happy note...
